If you mean the build in password manager and not a add-on

If you have a master password then you should enter it after every time you reboot.

Did you remember to check the box "remember password" ? If you did open Tools / Options / Security / Passwords / button "saved passwords" Remove your missbehaving accounts entries.

Next time you are prompted check that box and it should remember the new pwd.
