hello, sorry firefox doesn't run on custom smart-tv platforms that are developed by their respective manufacturers.

Samsung Smart tv's use the Tizen OS and while it is part of Linux OS family I do not think the 32-bit or 64-bit Linux Firefox for desktop from mozilla.org will work well on such devices even if you could get it it installed and use it without dependencies errors.

Very many thanks to all those who replied to my query. I suppose I will just have to slug it out with the supplied browser! GLH11
