I've been trying to add my Microsoft Exchange Account to Thunderbird under the "Add a Mail Account" option from Tools -> Options -> Account Settings -> Account Actions -> Add Mail Account but my account settings can't be found. Is it possible to do this or not? Thanks!

You'll need to use the manual account setup, and you'll need to know the correct server settings. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/manual-account-configuration
