What do I do if I don't see anything that says ADD when I visit youtube and then press the magnifying glass on the Search bar

I follow these instructions:

To add the site-specific engine, visit the website for your desired search engine. Click on the magnifying glass on the Search bar, 

then click on Add "YouTube Video Search".

Even if I'm on the youtube website, I do not see

You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
