My DSLExtreme webmail won't open in Firefox
I get the log in screen, enter user name and password and it appears to be processing then I'm back to a blank log in screen. I only get this on Firefox. I need to fix this as my IE is outdated and won't run anymore and I really hate using Google Chrome which opens it but has no toolbars or scrollbars. TIA!

This issue can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that are blocked.
- check the permissions on the about:permissions page and in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions"
- https://support.mozilla.org/kb/fix-login-issues-on-websites-require-passwords
Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
