No matter what version or update I install, Norton Confidential will not support it. Symantec support is also clueless.

I think Norton Confidential has been discontinued and is no longer supported. It might not be compatible with any version of Firefox since 2012, based on the number of compatibility threads from that era.

What features does Norton Confidential offer that you want to use? Maybe there is a good and maybe even free alternative.
