If you start Firefox in Safe Mode, does this happen? What add-ons do you have installed? What about security software?

The SSL_ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED_ALERT can occur for some different reasons it seems according to search engine search.

One thread had a Firefox 57.0 user get this and found changing security.tls.version.max from 4 to 3 seemed to have worked for the site.

Only thing is Firefox 60.0 was the earliest Release to have security.tls.version.max set at 4 for default which is TLS 1.3 so the poster likely modified the preference earlier on.
