Wtf is Pocket?

more options

I updated Firefox and now my home screen is more than half Recommendations by Pocket. I don't know what Pocket is, but I don't want it dominating my home screen, nor do I need some service to tell me what websites to browse. I browse the same websites every day. Now, with this update, I have a harder time navigating to the sites I visit multiple times daily, and I always have to see this stupid Pocket recommendations. I have been a loyal Firefox user for years now, but I find Chrome to be simpler and less invasive (they aren't pushing some service on me that obviously paid them to do so) than Firefox. Until this is fixed or reversed I'll be switching to Chrome on both mobile and desktop.

You'll have to fix it yourself in 20 seconds:

menu > Settings > General > Home > Top Sites

Here you can turn various types of content on and off, or Hide Top Sites completely.
