Do you mean on your Android device? Firefox for Android uses a drop-down menu or, if the device has a menu button near the home button, it uses that "hardware" button. I don't think there is any way to add a menu bar to Firefox for Android.
If you meant on Windows:
You can use one of these methods to show the toolbar list and turn on the Menu Bar there:
- right-click a blank spot on the tab bar (or the "+" button)
- tap the Alt key to activate the classic menu bar > View > Toolbars
- in Customize mode > Show/Hide Toolbars (see: Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars)
To turn on the Menu Bar, Bookmarks Toolbar, or other bars, click it on the list.
Does that help?
If your Firefox won't show any toolbars, or only shows them when you slide the mouse pointer up to the top of the screen, try the F11 key to exit from full screen view. (The F11 key also puts you in full screen view from normal view.)
