Is this on your Windows version of Firefox? Unless the Android version was updated recently, I don't think it can show bookmarks in folders...

Assuming Windows, the easiest place to make changes probably is the Library dialog. You can open that using either:

• Ctrl+Shift+b
• "Show All Bookmarks" from either the bookmarks toolbar button or the Bookmarks menu

In the left column, you can select either Bookmarks Menu or Bookmarks Toolbar, and its contents should be shown on the right side.

If you want to move the contents of a particular folder to a different location, you can click-and-drag, or right-click>Cut and in the new location right-click>Paste. Then you can move up a level in the hierarchy and delete the empty folder by selecting it and pressing the Delete key or using the right-click context menu.

Does that work?

As a footnote, if you are using Sync, your Library dialog should have a Mobile Bookmarks category that you can reorganize using your Windows Firefox, and then the changes should Sync back to Android.
