Hi.

Whenever I try to pin a website to the start page, Firefox crashes. Looking in the logs I see:

E/GeckoCrashHandler(11176): android.database.sqlite.SQLiteConstraintException: foreign key constraint failed (code 19)

I'm running CyanogenMod 10.2.1.3 (Android 4.3.1) on a Samsung S4 Mini (GT-I9195).

Does anybody have any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks again pwzapp!

I will have to ask our developers and other technical people

Perhaps it's related to this bug:

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1038960

The only thing I can suggest at this point is to try Firefox 38 beta from the play store (or to wait until Firefox 37.0.2 comes out later this week or early next week)

Cheers!

Hi pwzapp

Are you using Firefox 37.0.1?

Please goto:

about:crashes

and copy and paste the crash id (it starts with "bp").

This will help us see if there is an existing bug.

Cheers!

Hi pwzapp:

Hmmm looks like there was a bug that was fixed for this crashid back in FF28.

Can you copy and paste the top 10 crash ids as well?

Thanks for your patience and cheers!

Firefox 38 beta is working, so I'll stick to that.

Thank you very much for your assistance! Much appreciated.

OK I updated to v38 this morning but it is still crashing.

What I don't understand is it did work on v38 Beta but why not the final release?

Thanks,

J
