Thanks for your response; however, you indicated that I need to log in SO as a Administrator. That is in fact the problem. I do not remember how to log in as Administrator and (embarrassed) I don't know what "SO" is. What is "SO" and how do I get there? Thank you for your indulgence.

I'm sorry, my miss, You need log in the computer as adminitrator, the Windows(SO) wont permit you install programs without the permission of the administrator of the computer, if you are the administrator try click on installator with right button mouse and click on execute as administrator

Are you asking a question about that system? If so, then this is not a Firefox OS question. Firefox OS is an operating system for "smart phones" or mobile devices.

Like John99 said, you need to give us more information to work with but in general, you can run Firefox 27 as Administrator by first exiting Firefox, then right-clicking the Firefox desktop icon and selecting "Run as administrator".
