If you have Firefox 25.0.1 then your useagent is stuck at the older 3.6.17 version due to the (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) that was added on end at time.

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.17) Gecko/20110420 Firefox/3.6.17 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)

  • What is it you are trying to sign in to ?
  • Is it your hotmail account that you use to send emails?
  • Is it something else? Please tell us.
  • Are you using a computer or something else ?
  • This forum has automatic systems that seem to think you are using a special Phone with Firefox on it. Is that correct ?
  • That automatic system is also telling us you are using an old outdated Firefox 3.6. That may be wrong.

if you need help with your hushmail account then have you tried to contact them?

Also you need to fix your useragent if you are using the current Firefox and not the old 3.6.17 your useragent shows as.

Note: I previously tried emailing the hushmail address in the profile, it bounced. The hotmail email address did not bounce.

It appears the hushmail address I am aware of is incorrect.
