I no longer have a websiteID bar. Where did it go and how do i put it bach

The website id bar has vanished and i can not find out how to replace it.

All i have is the blue- aska a question bar then the web page tab and then the site but no bar with the web address or a way to go back and forth from previous to current site. It was there one moment and gone the next. I was trying to scroll down on the right side of the page and the website id bar disappeared. I tried shutting it down and restarting the application but it opens without the website id bar.
