Trying to delete individual bookmarks according to your instructions and it doesn't work!!!!! Using version 4.01/MacOS6.7. REALLY FRUSTRATING!!! According to your instructions, click on the "star" and then when "Add Bookmark" appears, select "remove bookmark" - but that doesn't work!!

A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
