I run dual monitors and normally watch TV on one monitor, when I full screen however the screen always maximises on the first monitor firefox 4 is opened in, currently back to 3.6

For instance, if I start ff on monitor 2, I can only maximise on monitor 2, whereas in previous versions I could maximise to monitor one after dragging the tab over.
