From where do i get firespeed addon which comes under firebug addon?

I have installed Firebug 1.6.0 addon. My friend told me that there is another addon called Firespeed, which is one of the tab within Firebug addon to check our website performance. But i couldn't find any thing called Firespeed in Google, only addon that i found is Fasterfox. Please help me. Thanks in advance.
