Hey, I'm trying to access my passwords that I have saved in Firefox, but I keeps telling me that my primary password (that I set and used all the time) is incorrect even though it's the correct one. Is there anyway I can get in to it without having it delete all my saved passwords and having to reset them?

You can to login via the Security Device Manager.

  • Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security
    Security -> Certificates: Security Devices

In the left panel select "Software Security Device" You can find "Log In" and "Log Out" and "Change Password" in the very right panel. You may have to Zoom out the page to make this right panel visible.

This didn't work as it still asks for my primary password that I never changed and still tells me it's wrong.
