Whenever Windows 10 offers more info FF opens that page instead of opening my saved tabs. Can you fix that?

Firefox is set up to remember my tabs - I usually have 20 open at any time. Windows 10 Anniversary Edition has just installed and when the computer started again, there was a message, which led to a help file, which opened in Firefox. But instead of offering to restore my tabs, it wiped all that information and just showed me the Microsoft page (which was a 404 error to add insult to injury) . This has happened before. Any chance the developers behind Firefox can address this issue?
