Why are some customers receiving SSL_ERROR_BAD_MAC_READ error when attempting to load our website?

We are receiving a flood of calls to our service desk with customers using Firefox and receiving "SSL_ERROR_BAD_MAC_READ". On occasion, using the "Reset Firefox" function seems to resolve the issue for some users, but not all.

Using Chrome or IE is the workaround we are providing to customers who experience this issue.
