Thunderbird has me with Centurylink but incoming will not go to Thunderbird. I seem to be on a field that might do it but it does not recognize my password and I have only ever used one password with emails. I do not know how to solve this either. thanks for your responce Matt. Bill

If you do not know your email password you need to work with your email provider to reset it. All email accounts have a password.
