I'm not sure I would trust it without testing first, but you could try using an add-on that stores your form input and can restore it if you lose the page and come back to it.

An expiring webpage is something that is coded into the website itself. There isn't anything Firefox can do to stop a webpage from expiring unless you find a way to specifically block the code behind it.
