hello BFBa, the aurora version of firefox on android would contain an automatic updater, though it also receives updates on a daily basis: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Mobile/Platforms/Android

or you could download the updated apk files for the firefox release directly from mozilla's ftp servers or try with an alternative maketplace like f-droid: https://f-droid.org/repository/browse/?fdid=org.mozilla.firefox
