Purchased a brand new HP photosmart 6520e all-in-one printer which I am unable to install on Firefox. It does not find the printer in the list of printers during install, nor recognize the installation disk that came with the printer.

Thank you for contacting support. I understand you bought a new printer, awesome! And now you want the printer to show up as a printer in Firefox.
