Rapport missing from toolbar in Firefox version 18. Is it no longer compatible with Firefox?
I get no indication that Rapport is active so I can't trust Firefox if I need Rapport protection.

hello, try to update trusteer rapport from the console or in case this doesn't solve the issue please directly contact trusteer's support: https://www.trusteer.com/support/report-problem

A possible situation/solution- Rapport is running (you're protected) but the icon does not appear (some banks choose this as a default), you can set it here:
For Windows: 1. Click Start -> All Programs -> Trusteer Rapport -> Rapport Console 2. Next to "Address bar icon" click "show" 3. Restart your browser (close all open browser windows and open a new window)
For Mac: 1. Go to System Preferences 2. Under "Other" click Rapport 3. Check "Display Rapport icon in browser address bar 4. Restart your browser (close all open browser windows and open a new window)
Otherwise, Rapport might not be running. You can turn it on via the start menu/System preferences. If it still doesn't appear please contact our support at www.trusteer.com/support/report-problem

Thanks, Alex. That is useful information. I've notice since I've installed the update that the Rapport icon also appears in my menu bar. Does that mean if it's bright green Rapport is running, and if it's darker, dull green it's not? Or is it just a quick way to go to the System preferences?

Like you said- it's just a quick way to go to the Rapport console. If it's green- it's on. There shouldn't be a few shades of green there. I'll check it on our end.
