html5 audio control move when played

I'm trying to figure out how, if possible, to prevent the html5 audio player controls from moving when the play button is selected. On firefox only, when the play button is pushed, the html5 audio controls drop down roughly 100% of the player height, leaving an invisible 'window' above it.

Yes - that looks to be the one. I see it's still a bug, but at least I'm not the only one aware of it :).
