Why is my font suddenly tiny in my e-mail and facebook pages smaller

in my e-mail box the font is super tiny, and face book apps pages start around the middle of the page. how do I fix this

Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems: View > Zoom > Reset (Ctrl+0 (zero); Cmd+0 on Mac)
