Why after downloaded mozila4 doesn't open my homepage?

It just open an empty page which I did not setup to open like that

Everything happened after I had upgraded to the latest mozila4; I know how to replace my home page,It just doesn't recognized my setting saved,Mozila just open a empty page.

Did you check your settings for When Firefox Starts: in Tools > Options > General - Startup? And the Homepage setting?

Firefox 4.0 has a new default Mozilla Firefox Start Page - about:home, but that can be changed quite easily to your own choice for a homepage.

Also, you posted here with Firefox 3.6.13 - is that on a different PC?
If not, using the same Profile for both Firefox 3.6.x and 4.0 is asking for problems. Firefox is made to upgrade well, but switching back and forth between major versions can create problems for the user.

If you want to use both versions of Firefox, create a new profile exclusively for 4.0 and create a desktop shortcut with -P "profile" appended to the target to launch that profile.
