3 of My add-ons will not uninstal.I have tryed to uninstal them manualy and they keep comming back.
After trying to uninstall the add-ons they are still in the menu and it says restart Firefox to complete your changes every time i go back to the add-on menu i click restart and they do not uninstall.I have tried uninstalling them in safe mode and it also does not work as well as manually trying to uninstall them.

What are the addons you are having problems with ?
There is a method of uninstalling by changing the path name, if you are allowed to do that, for instance rename the folder oldmyplugin instead of myplugin, but that should not normally be needed.
You probably will need to have UAC turned off and to be in an administrator account. Also possibly security software may prevent some changes.
Have a look at
- Disable or remove Add-ons
- Troubleshoot issues with plugins like Flash or Java to fix common Firefox problems
