I have tried several time to get my data from the old computer to the new. I've followed the directions and followed the video and all I get is to set up a new profile. I'm very, very frustrated and would like to continue using this program, but I'm at the point of trying to find something else. The data is there, it's just not working.

It isn't clear what it is exactly that you've tried. I find it hard to believe the procedure described here might not work, so I assume you tried something else:
