404 Problem with Google Review Link
I'm experiencing a strange problem with this Google review-link for my customer:
After the login-procedure for Google I end up with a 404-Error and can't find any help at Google. I also wonder where that local URL is coming from.
It works on iOS and on Chrome or Samsung Internet on Android. Here's the error message: The requested URL /local/writereview?placeid=ChIJazm4u47ql0cRsiGgJDKAtQ8&source=g.page.m.ia._&laa=nmx-review-solicitation-ia2 was not found on this server. That’s all we know.
I already tried to disable safe browsing and cleared my cache. Nothing helps. Looks like a bug.

Hi
What is the full address of the website that you are trying to view?
Sorry: forgot the original link generated from Google MyBusiness: https://g.page/r/CbIhoCQygLUPEBM/review
There are a few redirects opened, if you open this google page link, and I think at some point it takes a wrong turn.
Hi
I am not going to be able to access that link (it requires user credentials).
If this is a link being generated by Google, you might need to contact the Google support team.
Yes, that is correct. You have to login to your Google-Account to leave a review for Google. But since it works on my alternative browsers on my phone, I think it is a Firefox-related Problem. If you have a google-account you can go ahead and try to leave a review but on my phone I can't reach that screen with the stars and the input field for text. Is there a way to hook my phone onto my computer to get a better view, at what is going on there with firefox. Some developer tools or the like? Google-Support-Docs has some entries for 404s on Android, but nothing for my case. But it seems to crop up from time to time.
The final link generated looks like this: https://search.google.com/local/writereview?placeid=ChIJazm4u47ql0cRsiGgJDKAtQ8&source=g.page.m.ia._&laa=nmx-review-solicitation-ia2
It works in Chrome on Android, Edge and Samsung Internet. I tried private mode in FF as well as normal mode. Still gives me a 404.
There's a discussion on github here: https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/issues/16767 It describes my problem pretty exactly. One minor note: if I tell FF to get the desktop-website, the review link works as expected.
Hi
Looking at the closed issue, it appears that this is down to the way that Google provides the page to Firefox for Android and not Firefox for Android itself.
