Cant receive/send mail after updating win10 to version 91.9.0 (64-bit)

I suspect this has something to do with our old mail-server and changing the minimum level for TLS to TLSv1.2

In version 91 there is no ≡ > Options > Find in Options to get to the Config Editor. How is that done now ?

The config editor is at tools>preferences>general and scroll to bottom in lower right.
