Getting Crash Box when I close Thunderbird
I'm currently running TB 91.2.0 (64-bit) on Windows 10. Recently (for about 2 months), almost every time I close Thunderbird I get a "crash message box". It doesn't seem to be related to how I close Thunderbird. It has happened on at least two versions of Thunderbird, maybe three versions.
A couple of times I've written in the box of the crash reporter what is happening and I've submitted the crash report. It MAY really be a crash related to closing the software, but all aspects of Thunderbird work fine.
Is there a way I can stop the crash box from appearing on my desktop when I close down Thunderbird for the night? Thanks.

Are you using Bitdefender ? If yes, Try the following: Are you using Bitdefender VPN ? If yes then disable it.
If that solves ok, Otherwise try... Is there a Bitdefender Spam Toolbar installed in Thunderbird? If yes, try disable Bitdefender Spam Toolbar addon and turn off Anti-Spam from within Bitdefender
Restart Thunderbird. Please post the crash report id number - it starts with a bp
Are you using the addon called: Addon Compatibility Check for TB 91 1.5 https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/addon-compatibility-check/
If yes, please disable the addon and restart Thunderbird. Report on results.
Post a crash ID from Help/More Troubleshooting, Crash Reports. An ID is a string starting with bp-...
In the meantime, try running TB in safe/troubleshoot mode (hold Shift when launching TB).
Am not using any addon except the one for Google calendar. I tried safe mode. So what? In safe mode it didn't happen, but I'm not gonna run safe mode forever. Stuff doesn't work the same. The only "ID" is can find in the crash report is the first line: 0x699F
Remove the calendar add-on and add it from File/New/Calendar... On the Network...enter your gmail address, the calendar is autodetected. If it still crashes in normal mode, disable hardware acceleration in Preferences and 'Reset toolbars & controls', 'Make changes & restart' at the safe mode prompt.
I've installed Tunderbird 9.2 several times in these days (and moved the profile to a different location), but unless I remove all add-ons the program crashes on exit with the crash box displayed. Thst is, the program closes normally only after I remove all add-ons. In both condition it works all right.
Any suggestion, please?
