Cannot remove the "open last bookmark" page

If you have created a bookmark in Firefox for iOS, then when long-pressing on the home screen icon you have the option to "open last bookmark". I accidentally bookmarked a page, and I do not want to see it in this option. I have removed the bookmark in my library, but it still populates the long-press option on the home screen. Is there a way to clear this value?
