Hello everyone. I created this account just to ask about this issue. About a week ago, Firefox stopped working. Completely. All pages would come up blank, even my own add-ons and bookmarks. The settings page was blank as well. I tried refreshing Firefox to no avail. I uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing. I even booted it in Safe Mode, and webpages wouldn't load. What is going on? Help would be greatly appreciated, but keep in mind I have little technical knowledge.

I attached a picture of me trying to load YouTube in Safe Mode.

You can check for issues caused by a corrupted or incomplete Visual C++ installation that is missing runtime components (Redistributable Packages) required by Firefox.
