Why at older versions of firefox i can with a simple drag & drop of the "exclamation mark" left of the url link make a shortcut of this link for my computer and now I CAN'T DO THAT?

How i can fix that issue at the new firefox versions?

Is there any switch at "about:config" to add or change it so i can make a create one url shortcut cause the example you tell me above i can't do it so i can create a shortcut of an url.

And the "Launcher Process" it is enabled.

Users who disabled the UAC feature of Windows (reduced the level of "Never Notify") have problems dragging links to the desktop in Firefox 68.
