how to install adblock plus
I'd like to install adblock plus on my firefox. I had it installed along with a bunch of containers but I got a message from Firefox that it was slowing my system down and I should do a reset. So I did, and it wiped these all away. Maybe I should re-install it and a few containers. Will these really slow me down?

Hi, yes if you do not have very much Ram, have not used Micro Soft Disk Cleanup and run it, then Run again and Click on Clean System Files, weekly. Defrag monthly. Not optimized Windows 7 for running with low ram.
