Firefox does not have MSI installers. AFAIK there was no official MSI ever. The deployment guide for enterprise installations can be found here on SUMO: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/firefox-enterprise

or rather Mozilla does not provide MSI installers for anything including desktop Firefox.

There is the third-party https://www.frontmotion.com/firefox/
