Ever since I got windows 10, my cursor jumps around when I'm typing email messages, can I stop this from happening?

I am going crazy because my cursor keeps jumping around when I type. I put the cursor on the toolbar so that at least then then the words don't type all over the place but I have to continually move it back. Even now, filling in this form, it's happening.
