Firefox goes straight to crash report. No Firefox folder in Applications Support.

On my partners computer Firefox goes straight to Crash Report and is stuck in an endless loop. I have tried a clean reinstall and the same thing happens. Profile Manager does not seem to exist anywhere on her system. I cannot find any folders or files with the word profile.

In the Old Firefox Data folder I found this.

hi, in case your partner's computer is a mac, please see if Crashes on startup after the update to Firefox 46 on OS X can help.
