Firefox Crashing Upon Start-Up

Hey everybody, so, I don't know exactly what happened because I don't use the home computer but somewhere within the last 3 days my family has been unable to use Firefox and the Crash Reporter shows up immediately upon start-up. We've had this problem before and the simple fix was always to cleanly uninstall Firefox then reinstall but this has not worked this time.

The most recent crash ID is: bp-2e0f2068-0914-4854-adb5-55bff2160317 (3/17/2016 12:16 P.M.) Another ID: bp-f2b740d9-3815-4eea-b07a-4ab9a2160317 (3/17/16 11:06 A.M.) Another ID is: bp-c9e99a7b-8839-4978-8706-a500e2160317 (3/17/16 10:21 A.M.)


Within the report, the only file flagged as missing is IPSEng32.dll

hi, thanks for providing some crash ids. this looks like it may be caused by external software on the computer. please go into your system's control panel and remove any software labelled "Freecorder" or similar or by the publisher "Applian Technologies" or any other toolbars.

afterwards you should Update Firefox to the latest release and refresh the browser!
