You guys, on my laptop with Windows 10, did some kind of update, but it wiped out all my pictures, my downloads, address's , shortcuts, etc. WTF. How can I get
Since I switched to Windows 10, my computer doesn't work right. Then this morning, I turned on my laptop, and all of a sudden, Firefox, I guess, updated or something, and it was like a new account. It lost all my information, my downloads, favorites, address's, pictures , etc. How do I get every thing back. I haven't backed up anything recently. Why did you ,Firefox, do that?

Have you lost all data from your computer and folders, or just data stored in Firefox internet browser?
Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox?
