When I wish to reply to an email it fails to send.
When I want to reply to an email I press the reply button, type in my reply at the top of the email and them press the send button. The reply attempts to send but does not get through. Message says unable to complete

This POP3 server does not seem to support encrypted passwords. If you just set up this account, please try changing to 'Normal password' as the 'Authentication method' in the 'Account Settings | Server settings'. If it used to work and now suddenly fails, please contact your email administrator or provider.

Have previously tried your fix but it did not work.
My other two email addresses work fine. There is only the one that does not send emails. All the settings on all the email addresses are exactly the same, spelling, dots etc. But there is one that just won't send emails.
It is an account that has been working fine for some time and I have just found the problem.
My email provider has checked all settings and found no problem.
I would like to find the problem but if not I will just delete the problem email address some time in the future.
