email messages are delivered to my account multiple times. How do I fix this?
New emails will come into my inbox and then they are repeated again later. Sometimes they are repeated several times. It doesn't matter if they have an attachment or if I have kept or deleted them. I need to stop getting duplicates of most of my emails.

Try disabling email scanning in your anti virus program... usually they are the cause of multiple copies of the same email on pop accounts.
