Youtube error message, an error occurred, please try again later. Something wrong with my profile, but, What?
My error problem is with my profile. A new profile fixed this problem.
I cant move to a new profile, it's just too much work to set. I just want to know what is wrong this this one.
Video didn't work in safe mode so i can say none of addons is conflicting. I think some about:config pref is hurting this but what. You guys are far more experienced. Please provide me with some insights to solve this very frustrating problem.

hello, try to reset your custom set preferences starting with network in about:config & also turn security.mixed_content.block_display_content back to false. i also got this problem once & could resolve it by deleting the permissions.sqlite file inside myprofile folder...

and what preferences will be affected, what are the consequences?
I just don't want to lose anything big and do all the settings from scratch and end up with this problem again.....
the file holds all your custom set permissions (you can display them by entering about:permissions into the firefox location bar) - you can also just rename the file, then you'd be able to restore it easily in case it won't resolve the issue...
resetting the network and security settings mentioned fixed the problem.
