My blogs on Wordpress and Hyves are unavailable via Firefox and other browsers. There is a notification that Firefox has blocked my older version of flash player and I even cannot update a newer version anymore.

There is a new version of Firefox available today. You can get the latest update here:

Get the Latest Firefox

This release should work with the latest flash player. Just to be sure you can check your flash player here http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/

If it's not flash, try getting rid of everything that Firefox has stored for that website. https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Clear%20Recent%20History#w_how-do-i-remove-a-single-website-from-my-history
