Firefox has auto loaded FF5 and waiting to restart, I dont want it, how do I stop this? Also how do you get FF4 back?

Running windows 7. Firefox 4 is what I have and I want to keep it, for my stuff does not run on firefoxf5, it has auto loaded the update to my computer and is waiting to restart to run it. How do I stop this from happening? Others having same issue how do they get FF4 back?

I am not sure how to do this especially on Windows 7.

If you can find and delete the firefox5 install file that should prevent the install.

There is a firefox KB article on this but the official Firefox policy is apparently that users should not revert back to Firefox4
