I cannot print a web page on Firefox

I have a PC and just upgraded my Firefox to 4. Since then, I have not been able to print a web page. If I go to FILE then PRINT nothing happens. I can print from Outlook and from Explorer but not Firefox. I followed the directions to go to about:config and right click on print.print_printer and choose RESET. Then I restarted Firefox but it still didn't work. My printer is HP5440. Please help me or I will have to start using Internet Explorer.

Try resetting all the print.print_ prefs related to that printer.

It worked! I went to all the items listed for my printer (HP 5440) and reset them with a right click. I closed the window and opened the reservation I had tried to print yesterday and it worked! I spent at least 2 hours doing different things yesterday but this solved the problem. THANKS!
