I cannot remove an ALOT toolbar, the tools/add ons menus are completely blank.

An ALOT and a Zynga tool bar open everytime I open firefox. I cannot find ALOT in the control panel (remove programs) and on the Firefox menu bar, tools-add ons, everything is blank, there is nothing listed.

I found the answer. Go to the firefox folder under the start menu and open firebfox in safe mode. then go to the tools menu, add ons and delete the unwanted tool bars.
