How do I get Thunderbird to download from two mailboxes in the same account?
My friend has an In box and a second one called Wrenches that was set up in his Zimbra webmail. How can he POP download both mailboxes? It's fine if the messages all end up in the IN mailbox.

If they are each accounts with unique email addresses, your friend just needs to set up another POP account. However, if "Wrenches' is a folder with messages, that is not an account. To access that from Thunderbird would require that your friend set up an IMAP account, as that allows access to folders on website
